Michael Zeman brings playing and coaching experience to the program. He is an alumnus of the Rochester Volleyball Club, Pace Bootlegger, where he played 16s, 17s, and 18s. His club teams finished Top 15 at Club National Championships (Junior Olympics) each year. His high school, Webster, won the 1993 NYS Boys Volleyball Class A State Championship and finished 21-0. Zeman, a setter, was named team captain, team MVP, and would earn All-County, All-Tournament, and All-State honors. He also played for the Penn State Men's Volleyball team in 1996-97 as a defensive specialist.  He served as a volunteer assistant coach and student manager for the Penn State Women's Volleyball 1994-2001, including the 1998 National Championship Runners-Up, and the 1999 National Championship teams. He coached Boys and Girls Varsity Volleyball programs in Spencerport, NY from 2001-2006.  Zeman was named Class A Coach-of-the-Year in 2002. Outside of the gym he enjoys photography, painting, running, and hiking. Coach Zeman has been coaching all levels of club volleyball in central Pennsylvania for over 5 years and is excited to work with new families and players who are enthusiastic to work hard, play together, and have fun.
